Here it is finally available for your R1200GS Adventure -- the RAIDBOX. A useful and large container (capacity: 3.5L) designed to be placed permanently on the inner portion of the right pannier frame. Store a puncture kit, a first aid kit, anti-theft cables, locks, tools, etc. out of the way.
The RAIDBOX was constructed based on the experience gained over thousands of kilometers traveled. It's spacious, duable, and assembles in under 5 minutes using included perfectly shaped brackets brackets. The RAIDBOX is made of ABS with aluminum brackets anodized and lockable rear door lock (included 2 keys).
The installation is possible on all R1200 Adventure models (2006-2011) with the BMW adventure case aluminum frame. Clear instructions in Italian with photos are included. Please note that we recommend removal of the OEM rear fender when installing this product.

- I purchased a raid box for my GSA. The quality of materials seems evident, and this box has made good use of "dead space" behind the right rear pannier. The price was a little stiff but since there are no competitive products out there, I went for it. The box is a little smaller on the inside than I expected, due to the beefier manufacturing materials. I was going to put my Cruz tool roll in this box, but as is, it won't fit in the manner I intended. Then, I was going to put my full med kit in this box, but as is, it also won't fit in the manner I envisioned. This isn't a criticism, it simply means that I have to rethink how I have my gear situated and packaged and do a better job of conforming to the interior of the raid box. The concept is awesome, and I'll be putting my tire patch kit in it as well as a spare tube, for starters. Perhaps I can augment this with a tube mounted elsewhere for the tool roll. - I have a 1200 Adventure and am always short of space particularly for tools. The Raidbox is well made and fits nicely inside my pannier frame. I would, if it were up to me, make the box a bit taller as the size is the only drawback. I'm always looking for more space. (Posted on 10/12/11)

Great product! Didn't realize how much wasted space there is between the pannier and the tire. Don't even know it's there. I have a tool kit and small First Aid kit and still a little room.
Installed in 10 minutes with ease. Fits perfect , no struggles.
